Our 2nd venue is situated in Green-point, Brooklyn, offering versatile accommodation for both photography and videography sessions.
Spanning 1000 square feet, this space features lofty 12-foot-high ceilings, inclusive lighting equipment, and an extensive selection of props including a grass wall, white paneled wall, gold bench, and more, catering to every occasion.
Please note, this is a self-service studio. Access instructions will be sent prior to your scheduled session. This is a studio rental only; photography services are not included.
🎄 Holiday Set Update - Sets available November 1st through December 31st. Please note, during this time, our White Wall Set and Brick Wall Set will be styled exclusively with holiday decor. These sets will not be available in their standard form until January.

* Please ensure timely departure. If you require additional time, kindly inform us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end of your session.
* Please leave the space in a clean and tidy condition. A cleaning fee will be applied if the studio is left in poor condition.
* Any equipment or props damaged during your session must be paid for by the guest.
* Kindly turn off all lighting equipment, lights, and AC/Heat when leaving.

Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours from receipt of Booking Confirmation, excluding same-day bookings.
* Full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before the event start time.
* 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the event start time.

Guests can reschedule bookings up to 48 hours before the booking start time.

* There is no grace period. Please book enough time for setup and breakdown. Overtime fees apply at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
* Contact us at least 30 minutes before your scheduled end time for additional time, subject to availability.

* Each rental includes WHITE paper pull. 6ft max on the ground. Additional color paper request is available for a $28 fee.
* Each pull is 6ft max on the ground , you will be charged a fee for going over that length.
* Notify us at least 2 days before your session about your color setup request.

The day before you session you will be provided with 2 codes to access the studio.
